  • Open Work Permit : The PGWP is an open work permit, which means you're not tied to a specific employer or location. You have the flexibility to work for any employer in Canada and can change jobs as needed.

  • Pathway to Permanent Residency : Canadian work experience gained through the PGWP can enhance your eligibility for permanent residency through programs like Express Entry or Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs).

  • No Job Offer Required : You do not need a job offer to apply for the PGWP. This makes it an excellent option for graduates who want to explore the Canadian job market and secure meaningful employment.

  • Inclusive Program Eligibility : The PGWP is available to graduates from eligible public and private post-secondary institutions across Canada. It is a versatile option for a wide range of academic backgrounds.
